By using Final Tribal, you agree to these terms. They're written plainly on purpose — no traps, just the ground rules for hanging around the fire.

A fan project, not the real thing

Final Tribal is an unofficial, fan-made site created by and for fans. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CBS, Paramount, or the producers of Survivor. SURVIVOR and all related names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners. We make no claim to them.

Be a good tribemate

When you take part in the community, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or castaways.
• Post spam, scams, hateful content, or anything illegal.
• Impersonate someone else, including real players or staff.
• Break the site, scrape it at scale, or try to access things you shouldn't.

We can remove content or snuff a torch (suspend an account) that breaks these rules — usually without warning if it's bad enough.

What you post

You keep ownership of what you contribute. By posting it here, you give Final Tribalpermission to display, store, and share it on the site as part of the community. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

Accuracy

We work hard to get every vote, date, and detail right, and to source facts from public records. Even so, the site is provided as is— we can't guarantee everything is perfect. Spot a mistake? Tell usand we'll fix it.

Rights holders & takedowns

We respect intellectual property. If you own rights to material that appears here — a photo, clip, or anything else — and you'd like it corrected, credited, or removed, just email us at survivorfinaltribal@gmail.com with the link and a quick description. We take these requests seriously and act on them promptly.

No warranty & liability

Final Tribalis offered free, as a labor of love, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
