Wendy DeSmidt-Kohlhoff played Nicaragua on the older Espada tribe, and her game came down to a single fateful Tribal Council. Facing the season's first vote, she launched into a long, rambling plea to stay.
The speech backfired — talking that much made her tribe nervous — and they voted her out twentieth, the very first boot of the season. A classic case of a player talking herself right out of the game.
