Jerry Sims was a member of Tocantins' Timbira tribe — a steady, older presence who landed inside Coach Wade's orbit on a tribe full of big personalities. He worked to hold a stable spot as Timbira's internal politics churned in the run to the merge.
The shifting alliances ultimately left him exposed, and he was voted out in fourteenth. A measured competitor on one of the early era's more theatrical seasons.
