Anh-Tuan "Cao Boi" Bui was one of the most unforgettable characters of Cook Islands — an older Vietnamese-American with a non-stop stream of jokes, folk remedies (including his infamous "brain bug" nose-pinch cure for headaches), and unfiltered opinions. He was the comic engine of the season's heritage-tribe format, for better and worse.

His loose-cannon unpredictability eventually unnerved his own tribe, and he was voted out in fifteenth. A genuinely original presence the season was far livelier for having.
